Make It Real Program

In celebration of businesses making a difference in their communities.

Yellow Pages Group (YPG) is proud to be launching the third edition of its Make It Real award program that recognizes the noteworthy contributions of small businesses across Canada to the well-being of their local communities.

Make It Real focuses on exceptional small Canadian businesses with 50 or fewer employees. Any company that has demonstrated outstanding community involvement through concrete actions that benefit local residents can be nominated for recognition. Nominations can be submitted by an eligible company itself, or by another business or individual.

Two businesses will be recognized in each participating community with a Platinum prize of $5,000 and Gold prize of $2,500 respectively. These businesses, in turn, will share a portion of their prize with a beneficiary organization of their choice.

More details and applications to participate in the Make It Real award program are available online at www.ypg.com/makeitreal. The deadlines for nominating a business and for submitting an entry form are April 21, 2008 and May 1, 2008 respectively. Winners will be announced on June 9, 2008.
