Cliff Worden-Royers, Transition Point Training
A new service is available for athletes involved in running, cycling and other endurance sports. Transition Point Training uses an endurance exercise test to measure the build up of lactic acid or lactate in muscles. Testing is performed by analyzing a small blood sample taken from the finger. The assessment determines a "transition point" and gives a snapshot of fitness levels and provides direction for training. Visit the website for all the details.
